岗位职责:
1、负责APP商城运营目标及策略的制定，完成业绩指标;
2、负责商城选品、定价、推广、运营。
3、通过策划各类营销活动以增强商城吸引力、产品:销量。
4、定期针对广告及活动等推广效果跟踪评估，负责统计、分析推广数据及效果，并不断做出优化方案;
5、精通商城后台系统的运用。组织产品运营数据监测和分析;
6、分析把握市场和用户需求，并针对市场的变化制定和调整后续运营计划;

任职要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，两年以上商城运营经验
2、熟悉电商节奏、玩法、运营模式及各项流程
3、具备数据汇总、分析及解读能力，前瞻性和统筹规划能力；对市场有敏锐的观察和判断力
4、优秀的沟通表达和谈判能力，善于人际沟通交流；良好的汇报总结能力；有一定的文案功底
5、较强的团队管理能力和处理突发事件的灵活应变能力
