职位描述
- Position Description:
● Owns company’s product portfolioof Tags and Labels targetting Industrial IoT end-users.
● Engages sales, resellers, partners and customers/prospects for both existing products and the company’s innovation roadmap (product categories, use cases, technology).
● Advocates for improvements to enhance RFID offerings and leads the planning, execution, and market launch of products.
● Formalizes and leads evidence-based product development process, both in-house and through sourcing (specifying / documenting / negotiating detailed requirements, schedule, etc.).
● Leads market research and competitive intelligence, pro-actively supports sales, resellers, and partners with value propositions, differentiation, and product training.
Expected experience and skills:
● 5+ years working at IoT manufacturer and/or at an integrator developing/ selling / installing / supporting IoT solutions for industrial environments.
● Significant exposure to the IoT ecosystem and to technologies such asRFID, Barcodes, Computer Vision.
● Knowledge of IoT use cases, either from the supplier and/or customerside, e.g. in Manufacturing, Aviation, Logistics.
● Proven organizational skills,while being comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment where decision-making is driven by factsand numbers.
● Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new, complex technical information.
● Excellent communication skills, with daily interactions at large international companies, in both English and Chinese.
Job Qualifications:
? 5+ years of working experiences in IT
? Deep understanding of local market from technology perspective
? Strong digital related tech background in IoT and IoT technology trend etc.
? Solid solution architect background
? Good understanding of different tech stacks and package solutions
? Solid Project Management experiences
? Strong communication and collaboration skills
? Demonstrated strong people management
? Excellent communication in English
? Good presentation skills
