At least 2 years experience of ATL in 4A agency, especially with international  clients experience is preferred;

Excellent written and oral English and Chinese is a must;

Solid discipline on both print and TVC creative and production;

Have certain proposal ability and can provide clear planning for creative;

Good integrated ability to manage/coordinate different parties as a brand guidance;

Highly self motivated, good teamwork, be able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements:

1.More than 3 years working experience in 4A advertising agency, with auto clients experience is preferred;

2.Excellent English skill in both spoken and written.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

4.Helps establish, communicate and hold team accountable to revenue, profit and service goals;

5.Experience for global client is preferred.
