任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历;

2. 至少8年HR操作经验;

3.商业头脑,能够认为人力资源实践联系业务的深入理解;

4. 超级沟通技巧导航在各部门;

5. 具有战略性和分析性的思考能力，并能将人力资源管理作为公司整体业务的一部分;

6. 能够迅速与管理团队的关键成员建立融洽的关系和信任;

7. 自信地指导人力资源和行政人员管理和发展的各个方面;

8.英语可作为工作语言。
