Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of users business requirement for the consumer finance;

2. Meets with user to help them to understand the requirements;

3. Prepare all information needed to clarify the data structure and provides specification for the programmers;

4. Coordinate and track development activities, status of the user requests;

5. Close cooperation with development center in Czech Republic (HCI);

6. Work in agreed company project as team member based on nomination to the project team;

7. Understand and know functionality of corporate core business system for support of consumer finance business;

8. Coordinate IT Business Analysts on assigned projects.

Requirements:

1.Minimum bachelor degree (Economics, Engineering, Science);

2.“Western experience” is an advantage;

3..6+ years of working experience in equivalent positions in IT development, IT architecture, IT analysis or consultancy;

4.3+ years of dedicated working experience in requirement analysis position;

5.Expert of requirement analysis under agile organization for enterprise scale;

6.Expert of analytical techniques and knowledge of UML modeling, process and requirement modelling;

7.Expert of modeling tools, Enterprise Architect is a plus;

8.Fluent in English (oral and written);

9.Good communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical mindset and logical thinking;

10.Customer oriented, problem solving, team player;

11.Self-driven on assigned personal tasks and actively contributing to build team on analysis/modeling competencies;

12.Persistent, highly trustworthy and loyal;

13.Capability to work under high pressure.
