职位描述

Requirements and Experience:
1.Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2.Requires an individual with excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
3.Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
4.This individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Candidate also needs to able to effectively prioritize their workload and be able to multi-task.
6.Knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required.
7.Conversational English language skills required.
8.Additional conversational language skills a plus, specifically Cantonese, Korean, or Malay.
9.Customer service experience, especially in a call center or technical support environment is desired.
10.Experience with troubleshooting and configuring computer hardware and software is a plus.
11.Experience with Traditional Chinese(繁体中文)is a plus.
12.Legal knowledge background is a plus.

Primary Functions
Answers telephone "hot line" and written or Internet based inquiries from customers regarding company products. Analyzes problems with nonfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends solutions to customer application questions. Maintains log of problems so that recurring problems can be reported to product development.

Primary Responsibilities
1.Discuss with customers (internal and external) technical aspects of product installation, operation and maintenance relative to sales and/or repair considerations.
2.Handle telephone interface and initiates follow-up calls/paperwork in accordance with customer complaint procedure.
3.Handle written customer communications in the form of email and web-chat in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries.
4.May, in the future, handle customer video chat interactions in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries.
5.Gives interface matrix listed compatibility information to customers on company released products.
6.May handle customer product repair invoicing and assist in preparation of customer service statistics.
7.Check status of repair orders per customer request.
