Sales Director (Local OEM), GE China

Location - Zhangjiang, Shanghai


- Business development

市场开发

(A) Responsible for providing advice to management on marketing strategy, middle term and short term marketing development plan, object and pricing policy according to company’s strategic goal, and in line with the analysis of market trends to make relevant decision. Organize marketing activities to achieve the marketing development plan and company’s strategic development goal;

根据公司的战略发展目标,结合对市场、环境变化趋势的预测分析,提出公司营销战略,中、长期市场开拓计划、目标,以及价格政策报管理层组织研究决策,组织策划各种市场营销活动,以帮助市场拓展和公司战略发展目标的实现;

(B) Execute to analysis and research the market segment, take full advantage of company’s ascendancy on existing products, quality and cost to keep the current clients, maximize to fit out the other products and continuous develop the new market and potential clients;

实施细分市场分析、研究,充分利用公司既有的产品开发、质量、成本等比较优势,确保现有客户,***限度份额的配套和不断开拓新的市场和潜在客户;

(C) Conduct market survey, competitive analysis and research, monitor and analyze market trends, evaluate market information, report, identify and advise on recommended changes to marketing policy to the top management to ensure that company goes ahead steadily and effectively;

组织市场调研,竞争力分析和研究,监督和分析市场的发展趋势, 评估市场的各种信息, 给予高级管理层及时的市场形势报告和市场计划修订的建议以确保公司的稳健、高效运行;


- Sales Management

销售管理

(D) Formulate and implement sales policies and objectives to ensure the most effective operation of sales activities, improve the veracity and customer satisfaction of sales based on forecast market trends and customer analysis to assist the company’s operation;

制定和推行销售政策和目标保证销售活动的有效性, 通过不断地进行市场预测和客户分析来提高销售计划的准确性和客户的满足率,并指导公司的生产运行管理;

(E) Manage activities of the sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the company’s products based on company strategic sales target;

管理销售队伍的日常工作确保得到***的销售额和销售利润, 并能根据公司的销售策略目标不断为公司的产品增加潜在销量;

(F) Advise and consult top management on current developments and trends including customer reaction, competitor competition etc, and coordinate with relevant departments to solve the issues immediately;

为高级管理层如实提供诸如客户的反映,竞争对手以及产品质量、售后服务等的信息和分析报告,并协同公司相关部门及时处理;

(G) Responsible for preparing regular statistic report and special sales reports reflecting area or products/services activities and results;

负责完成各种定期的统计报表和非定期的销售报告,使其能达到反映销售区域,产品或者服务等动态的活动和结果;

(H) Responsible for negotiating with customer on detailed term and condition, and sigh contract of the products supply within the approval sales policy;

在公司已定的销售政策范围内,负责与客户进行商务谈判和价格谈判, 并签订产品供货合同;

(I) Responsible for preparation of strategic sales plan and sales budget;

负责准备战略销售计划和预算;

- Department administration and people management

部门管理和人员发展

(J) Based on the organization’s objective, set up department goal and coach staff to set up short-term practice plans, review and consolidate the submitted plans in order to ensure the department goal meets the company’s targets;

根据公司的目标来建立部门的目标,并指导检查本部门员工建立当前的工作计划和实施,回顾并巩固已提交的部门工作计划,以确保部门目标与公司目标的一致性;

(K) Supervise or oversee staff’s work activity and implementation, solve the difficult problems or emergency situation within the department, or coordinate with other department if necessary in order to achieve the department goal;

指导和监督员工日常工作执行情况,解决部门内的疑难问题及突发事件。如有必要,与其他部门合作完成部门目标,严格执行部门预算的实施及控制;

(L) Manage and coach staff’s daily performance, provide the job description to own department employees to ensure that they understand and perform according to the requirement, and solve people issues in order to maintain the morale of the team and motive team perform;

管理指导员工日常表现,为本部门的员工提供职位描述,确保员工能理解并按要求执行,解决各种人员问题保持团队士气促进团队合作;

(M) Based on the company and department goals, agree on individual targets with each employee and sign these jointly. Secure constant feedback to the employee on achievements during Financial Year and, prepare and execute the year end Performance Review relevant for Bonuses Contribution;

结合公司和部门的目标,与部门员工就个人目标达成一致;并共同签署关于以上三个目标的目标协定。确保在财年中就目标达成问题给员工持续的反馈,并准备、执行及完成每个财年末的与奖金相关的绩效评估;


Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Strong customer base with China local OEM
  • Leadership capability and strong personality
  • People manager (Coach and Mentor to the team)
  • Perfect English skills and capability to work in international work environment
  • Excellent presentation skill
