Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for performing the invoicing distribution process as well as maintaining banking and customer details

Essential Responsibilities

Perform VAT invoicing printing, distribution, and filing activities

Perform business trips to required locations to perform invoice printing and distribution activities

Maintain customer information for business entities

Support Finance in daily reporting and management activities

Qualifications/Requirements

Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment, work under pressure, prioritize

tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)

Strong organizational skills
