-Conduct regular review on daily business activities, ensuring complies with the local and international tax lawsandregulations;
-With the aim to minimize group tax risk and exposure, evaluate business activity, policy, practice, business transaction and investment project, identify the potential tax risk, and propose solution;
-Timely understand the latest tax policies and regulation, analyze their impact on the group companies.
-Review the tax declaration documents ,and ensure the timely, accurate and reasonable tax declaration of eachcompany;
-Coordinate/provide tax advisory and handle complex tax projects and transfer pricing projects
-To deal with tax authorities' inspection, manage tax self-inspection process, and control tax risks;

- Maintain good communication and liaison with intermediaries and tax authorities, maintain good communication with the , and deal with various tax matters;
-Handle special tax projects

-Monitoring and updating of cash and the investigation of any unusual activity.

- Providing cash flow analysis and forecasts

- Completing bank reconciliation

- Monitor bank charges & interests

- Plan short term deposit, optimize cash usage

- Responsible for insurance and risk management

职位要求：

University degree, Qualified Accountant,CPA or CTA certificate are preferred;
Familiar with relevant tax laws and regulations, with the experience of the big four accounting firm is a plus;
Proficient in current domestic and overseas tax laws and regulations, familiar with accounting standards and relevant financial and legal knowledge, with certain legal interpretation ability and application ability;
Over 7 years' experience in finance and taxation in multinational enterprises, with diversified business experience preferred;
Good project management skills
Good communication, coordination and team work spirit, able to work under certain pressure.
Familiar with tax inspection and internal risk control;
Strong communication skills and ability to manage tax risks.
