Key Responsibilities:
-Developing manufacturing processes to meet required cycle and quality standards.
-Supporting APQP initiatives as required.
-Providing direction and support for tool and equipment repairs.
-Seek-out and develop cost savings and efficiency improvement initiatives to benefit plant operations.
-Maintaining and supporting process control
-Providing input for new project planning as assigned regarding process and equipment specifications facilities planning and cost data
-Assisting in assigned production trail run's determining optimum machine settings equivalent to or exceeding customers and plant needs
-Initiating process improvements that will improve current and future methods
-Assisting manufacturing in determining / implementing corrective action on all process related equipment
Requirements:
-Minimum of five years related experience.
-Associate Degree and/or certificates in related areas such as Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or other applicable fields.
-Must know and have direct experience with polyurethane, injection molding, robotics, and general maintenance.
