职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR Mgr to conduct HR and Admin. function responsibilities: recruitment, C&B ,admin, employee relations, performance management,training etc.
协助人力资源经理实现人力资源功能职责:招聘、薪资与福利,员工关系、绩效管理、培训等。
-Recruitment:
Labor Market research within the policies and guidelines: search with use of all possible recruitment channels/tools available such as job boards, candidate databases, university search etc.
依据政策和指引开展人才市场调查:利用的尽可能多的招聘渠道或工具,例如招聘网站,候选人数据库,校园招聘等
Creating a short list of candidates to be presented to the hiring managers
为用人部门的招聘经理提供精选的候选人
Give comments per short list-candidates to support the hiring manager in the selection process
对所提供的候选人给出评估报告,以协助用人部门招聘经理的筛选
Generate offer proposal and discuss with the selected candidate.
准备聘用通知书,且与被选中的人选探讨聘用通知书中的条款
Make the reference checking report for candidates’ reference checking
提交候选人的背景调查报告
Receive feedback from hiring managers about the quality of candidates and use the feedback for improvements
从用人部门的招聘经理处获取有关候选人素质的反馈,且利用反馈提高日后工作
-Training
Deliver induction training to new employee per structured training curriculum
按照培训课程体系对新入职的员工进行入职培训
Track and evaluate post-training deliverables to ensure training effectiveness
跟踪和评估培训后的执行情况,确保培训效果
Collect and revert feedback on training programs to HR Manager.
收集培训课程的反馈结果并回复给HR经理.
-HR Service Support
Monitor the attendance management of each department (permanent employees, casual/contract-out workers), review and check attendance records.
监测每个部门员工出勤情况,检讨和检查出勤记录
Input and update employee, attendance and payroll information in time.
输入和更新员工的出勤和工资信息
Maintain employees’ personal files?
维护员工个人档案
Cooperate with HR team to ensure HR practices in Plant are in line with HR Policy & Process, workplace compliance,and any other national or local labor law and regulations.
与人力资源团队共同合作,以确保在工厂的人力资源活动是与人力资源政策及流程标准一致的、是符合工作场所要求,且与相关劳动法规无相悖的。
Process all necessary paperwork and salary administration for staff movement like probation confirmation, promotion, demotion, transfer, disciplinary action, contract renewal, contract termination, etc.
进行所有员工转调的文件准备和工资管理事宜,如试用期确认、升职、降职、转调、训诫行为、合同更新、合同终止等工作。
Handle the HR issues: holiday, annual leave, sick leave and check the record
处理HR事务,例如:假期、年休假、病假等,并做好记录
Cooperate with Dispatching vendors, handle the HR issues dispatched labor
与派遣供应商合作,处理有关派遣员工的HR事务。
Report the HR issue or potential HR issue to HR Manager of Chongqing Plant with professional suggestion.
向人力资源经理汇报工作,提供专业的建议;.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in human resource or admin. Management or related;
本科毕业及以上,人力资源管理或者行政管理相关背景毕业;
3 years or more relevant experience in HR, experience in foreign-owned enterprises or JVs will be an added advantage, can present HR image professionally;
3年或以上HR相关工作经验,有外企或合资单位经验者更佳
Be familiar with more than 2 HR functions, staffing experience will be preferred;
熟悉人力资源管理2个以上的模块。
Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
勤奋、诚实以及优秀的沟通技巧;
Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill, especially in functions and formulas of Excel.
良好的学习能力,英文沟通水平以及计算机操作能力,特别是excel的函数与公式运用
Can work in high pressure;

High Attention to Detail and accuracy

Problem identify and solving ability;
