1. Responsible for assigned regulatory activities of the HBM products, including pre-IND, IND/MRCT submissions, ongoing interactions/follow-up/supplemental submissions, with competitive timeline and high quality.  

2. Closely follow up the changes to the regulatory environment

3. Responsible to ensure full compliance to the regulatory requirements of NMPA, FDA, EMA etc.

4. Develop & maintain the good relationship with regulatory authorities, especially the NMPA

Support internal R&D projects & clinical DD projects with timely and precise regulatory assessment. 

1.  Educational Qualification: at least bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, biology, medicine or related background.   

2. Knowledge/Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in regulatory affairs, preferred with international well-known pharmaceutical companies. It is also preferred to have direct involvement to prepare the regulatory submissions (pre-IND, IND, MRCT) with biological products, and proved record of successful submissions.

3. Skills: good learning agility, science driven, fluent English language skills, verbal and written. Good skills in communication across functions/culture, planning, Ethics and Integrity, Valuing Diversity
