Working Location: Chad, Africa

Position Responsibility:

1) Well conversant with the financial provisions of the contract to demonstrate sound interpretation and deliver advice on controller function, invoicing and cost recovery requirements;

2) Responsible for the selection and investigation of the company's cost consultancy and the signing of the contract, and responsible for the evaluation and management of the cost of consulting fees;

3) Accounts Receivable function management & supervision to advise relevant function / business units of missing requirements to ensure completeness of financial accounting records and accurately reflect the accounting process;

4) Supporting account Payable function and period-end closing process, as and when required;

5) Responsible for the calculation of construction cost during the design phase, responsible for the project target cost, responsible for collecting and organizing the project construction cost information data, organize the collection and analysis of the cost targets of completed projects.
