Responsibilities: (Please specify % amount against each responsibility)

• 招标流程管理及进度把控。

• 加强与相关政府招标部门及招标相关的第三方客户平台建立良好关系。

• 招标团队内部沟通，跟进各招标部门工作，了解其对招标的政策分析与解读。

• 加强与BU的沟通，充分了解BU需求，确定招标策略。

• 竞品数据收集、系统录入，确保及时准确。

• 及时有效的处理各种申投诉。

• 熟悉全国各大招标平台的操作。

• 熟悉国内各种招标模式。

  Location:上海

  Education: 全日制大专以上学历

  Licenses/ Certifications: 无特殊要求

  Experience: 至少5年以上高值耗材招标经验（骨科优先）。

  Competences:

  优秀的沟通和谈判技巧。

  对国内耗材产业和市场有深入了解，熟悉招标政策。

  战略思考能力、执行能力。

  良好的计划性，结果导向。

  需要强烈的团队意识。

  精通Excel、Word等工作相关的软件。

  责任心强、时间观念强
