SUMMARY: To attain and foster motive power contracts and MP accounts customer relationships, grow Enersys motive power sales profitably by increasing the purchasing share of most international forklift manufacturers. Grow sales in new markets by broadening the customer base and leveraging the strengths of the Enersys product offerings. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the context of the strategic plan, define and implement the necessary policies, practices to:

Lead the motive power sales team

Sell and promote company products in a profitable way

Develop and implement plans to grow market share in FLT manufacturers.

Understand customer needs and meet customer expectations

Attain MP sales / OE quota as assigned.

Keep expenses within budget limits.

 Identify and profile potential MP accounts.

lEstablish the value of the Enersys corporate brand image and the hawker brand name.

l  Insure market has full access to the entire Enersys product portfolio and leverage this strength for profitability and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or above

8 years + sales experiences in a motive power related field ie fork lifts, material handling, batteries etc.

Good team management/Key account management/business development skill.

Strong selling ability, business presentation skills, excellent communication skills& coordination skills, high energy level and drive to be successful
