职位描述

HR TED (Talent Engagement & Development) Leader, Nielsen China


Job Purpose

Participate in and contribute to the organizational effectiveness. Be responsible for designing and providing effective and multiple talent engagement and development solutions to the internal clients as well as facilitating organization effectiveness intervention in line with the business needs and team dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

Work with HR Head and China leadership team to evolve company talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent review, performance measurement, and employee engagement and development program designing.


Work as a proactive partner and facilitator to support the business transformation and culture change initiatives. 


Help the leaders and teams to identify and solve opportunities by structuring the discussion and intervening when necessary to improve the effectiveness of the group's collaboration and outcomes. 


Design and facilitate workshop, business meetings and team coaching activities etc. in an engaging, energetic and culturally sensitive manner for all level of leaders and employees. 


Partner with L&D colleagues to provide company level solutions in building capabilities across the organization, including developing core and functional competencies programs that drive continuous learning and applications.


Liaise with regional and global COE partners to leverage relevant tools and training resources. 


Work with business and HRBPs to diagnose, consult, plan talent development solutions at BU level.


Best practice sharing and help HR team members to increase their effectiveness in applying instructional program design and delivery quality.


Manage ad hoc projects when required.


Qualifications



At least 10 years’ experience in designing and delivering L&D programs 


Proven facilitation skills and solid experience in both Chinese and English. 


Exhibit capability to identify innovative ways for talent engagement and development to support the business strategy. 


Self-motivated and mature to ensure consistent accomplishments independently.


Demonstrate substantial business acumen with clear understanding of the link between talent and business strategy. 


Proven team player with exceptional communication and influencing skills and capable of managing stakeholders at all levels. 


Keen and sensitive to market trends, and eager to learn and share.
