• 日常采购工作，根据各部门需求走采购流程及采购对应物品；

• 负责项目基层岗位人员招聘及面试接待、新员工报到手续办理；

• 汇总各部门每周施工及其他通知；

• 物业项目部章保管及使用；

• 现场人员工作服定制、饭卡充值、日报表汇总；

• 采购类报销及跟总部保持沟通、协调现场相关工作

• 物业项目部员工考勤（请假、加班）汇总及提报、日常请假通知

• 员工档案管理

• 员工入离职报备及办理

• 社保及公积金每月增员及减员

• 领导安排其它等工作。
