- Collect customer requirement to continuously improve competitiveness of motor, encoder and cable in servo portfolio.
- Define motors and related accessories roadmap and market requirement according market needs and servo strategy.
- Timely execution of roadmap implementation across different functional teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate with other countries to keep the competitiveness of portfolio also outside China.
- Prepare new product proposals to global decision-making forum with business case.
- Collaborate with ABB motor factories as ABB Drives representative.
- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee the products meet specs.
- Cooperate with Product Marketing and Marketing Communication teams for marketing plan.
- Support Product Marketing Manager in pricing and price positioning.
- Develop 2nd source supplier with Engineering and Sourcing teams to mitigate business and availability risks.
- Collect and analyze competitor information with customer support and product marketing teams.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor or above degree in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in automation or mechatronics especially in servo systems and related applications.
- Good at messaging and sales arguments.
- Fluent in English and Chinese communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Accept domestic and oversea travel occasionally.
- Familiar with the servo portfolio of major brands is a plus.
- Sensitive to the market change is a plus.
- Oversea experience (work or study) is a plus.
