As a Light Industry Sales Engineer, you will be part of the Motion (MO) Business and Drives (BL) Business Line, based in Shanghai.

- To maximize drives’ marketing share & increase revenue in the R&EE industry markets.
- To build market intelligence and help to develop marketing strategy for the R&EE business in specified partner.
- Define the priorities for the markets, collaborate & implement business plans for the segment and build up application know how.
- Develop new partner and project in segment field.
- Establish brand positioning & competitive differentiation platforms in order to win against the competition and deliver unique benefits.
- Develop and improve the OEM customers and key partners in own field.
- Develop new servo partner and extend the servo solution in R&EE.
- Analysis and study on the segments and competitors.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or automation.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences for drives business in R&EE industry.
- Familiar the process and systems’ knowledge in food & beverage industry.
- Strong marketing sense & sensitive to changes in market environment.
- Possessing through knowledge of technical features of drive & servo products.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to influence others.
- Willing to go on business trips frequently as required.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
