As a Quality & Process Engineer you will be responsible in Drive Products Product Group/Drives Business Line/Motion Business in Beijing/China Country/NAS region.

- Responsible for preparation of the assembly line work instruction, in charge of the improvement of assembly process.
- Responsible for process quality control of production.
- Responsible for quality control of raw materials, supplier quality management.
- Responsible for production line operator training and job skills assessment.
- Able to complete temporary work assigned by supervisor.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- University Degree, major in Quality or Process Engineer background in foreign-funded company.
- 3 years of work experience in PQC, electrical/ electronic factory work experience is a priority.
- Familiar with mechanical and electrical products assembly.
- Proficient with PFMEA, 5S, JIT, Lean, Quality tools, SAP/ERP.
- Quality engineer with 6 Sigma green belt is preferred.
- Good communication and cooperation.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
