1. 负责公司核心业务相关测试工作，参与需求分析，负责测试计划制定、测试用例编写，执行模块测试、集成测试和回归测试，跟踪应用缺陷直至符合发布标准等工作；

2. 根据测试需求，可定制开发测试代码、脚本及工具；

3. 提高测试效率，协助完善测试手段，如自动化测试、性能测试等；

任职要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机或通信等相关行业，具有2年及以上相关工作经历；

2. 熟悉测试流程和规范，熟练掌握测试方法和常用测试工具，对测试工作有浓厚兴趣；

3. 熟悉Linux命令，熟悉各种数据库，可熟练使用各种SQL语句；

4. 熟悉Java/Python/JavaScript/Shell中一种语言，可完成相关脚本的维护和更新工作；

5. 有白盒测试、自动化测试、性能测试、接口测试经验者优先考虑；

6. 有基金或金融行业测试经验者优先考虑；

7. 优秀的学习能力和良好的团队合作精神；

8. 良好的执行力和沟通协作能力，具备较强的责任心和独立的工作能力
