General Purpose of the Position

The leader should take charge of EDL management including test plan and preparation,
equipment control and communication with internal customers.

Job Responsibilities

·
Communicate with the internal customers frequently to arrange the test plan and work shift efficiently.

·
Responsible for EDL equipment management following the requirements of Quality Management System (QMS). In charge of equipments control, trouble shooting and annual maintenance to keep the equipment in valid use.

·
Responsible to arrange and process the Engine Dynamometer Lab test every day. Lead and join actual test activities for selected test work requests for EDL in order to exert and materialize test technology to laboratories. Support calibration engineers on measuring theory and equipment veracity.

·
Responsible for the test engine preparation to do the mechanical drawing for the test fixture.

·
Responsible to develop the Laboratory test engineering capability by optimizing and improving the test equipment in hardware and software.

·
Improve EDL operation efficiency.

·
Responsible fuel farm daily work and maintenance.

Position Preference (minimum)

Education:

·
Bachelor’s degree in automation, mechanical (Required)

Experience/Special Skills:

·
Experiences of more than one year in automobile test engineering involving both gasoline and diesel engines (Required)

·
Good interpersonal skill to lead the team as well as to communicate with internal customers. (Required)

·
Skilled communication and reporting skills in English. (Required)

·
With leadership，initiative, team spirit. (Required)

·
Committed to work non-regular hours as required to meet the business goal in accordance with Delphi’s rule of employment. (Required)
