Job title: Marketing Coordinator, APC Marketing

Line managers: Marketing Manager, Greater China

Location: Beijing

Purpose of the role: This role is responsible for supporting marketing manager on the planning and implementation of marketing activities in Greater China to drive APC revenues to Open Research titles. This role requires strong ability to timely deliver marketing campaigns with high quality, and the ability to analyses results and report on effectiveness of campaigns, as well as the ability to work with local and global colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the manager:

● Support tactical implementation of marketing campaigns and projects including online and email marketing, social and PPC etc.

● Assist in creating promotional materials, including banners, blogs, marketing copy, etc

● Assist in the proof reading of emails, literature and website copy

● Assist with the upkeep of the website and the creation of web landing pages

● Monitor results of campaigns, create reports based on provided data and reporting information

● Provide presentations if required.

● Assist with ad-hoc marketing activities

Qualifications:

● Master degree in Biology and medicine preferred

● Basic marketing experience preferred

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

● Strong relationship-building and networking skills,

● Excellent time management organisational and prioritisation skills

● High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new computer software & systems

● Exceptional time management and can demonstrate ability to work under pressure

● Strong attention to detail and highly motivated self-starter
