Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with Business Support Services team, you’ll aligned to work with some of firms most high profile clients and their teams to enable EY to deliver a global leading service. You’ll also support our Partners for their administrative work.The opportunityWorking as a valued member of the Greater China Business Support Services team, you have the opportunity to deliver a best in class business support service that provides high-quality, customised solutions and support to EY’s most high profile external clients. We’re looking for someone like you who has the autonomy to become a key Partner Secretary focusing on operational excellence, efficiency and enabling EY to stay at the leading edge of our industry.Responsibilities:Your key responsibilitiesAs an administrator within Business Support Services Team, you’ll spend most of your time independently driving the planning, co-ordination and delivery of the business support duties ensuring smooth resource management for Auditing group.Skills and attributes for successl Be responsible for resource management of Shanghai Audit group to optimize resource utilization.l Actively manage resource capacity. Identify resource excess / shortage, ensure that resource management presents an accurate forecast of excess capacity or resource needs.l Work closely with resource partner / resource committee on staff scheduling and resolving conflicts.l Identify and allocate appropriate resources upon request of engagements and update booking information on RETAIN in a timely manner.l Coordinate with EYU and Talent Team to arrange staff training and leave application.l Follow up on staff timesheet submission and ensure all timesheet submitted in time.l Analysis and reporting² Prepare weekly utilization reports for the review by Partner / Resource Manager² Prepare weekly analysis / projection for the review by Partner / Resource Manager, including but not limited to:- Staff booking vs actual charged hours- Revenue projection based on staff booking- Idle staff list- OT hours- New wins and staffing arrangement² Prepare operation report or other ad hoc report for the review by Partner / Resource Manager, including but not limited to:- EIC portfolio- Headcount and movement reportRequirements:To qualify for the role you must havel Bachelor Degree or above with relevant experience. Prefers candidate with Big 4 or Professional Firm experiencel Excellent people skill and communication skilll Demonstrate ability to work both independently and team workl Good analytical skills and strong Excel skilll Able to work under the pressure, ability on time control and attention to detailWhat we look forWe are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, time management skills and strong organisational and relationship building skills.
