职位描述

Division/Unit:Electronics
Location: Qindao
Reporting to: Purchasing Director
Language: English / Chinese

Key responsibilities / Tasks

Ensure Business Plan implementation and completion
Ensure that sourcing strategy is implemented
Negotiate and establish contract for local suppliers
Deploy and work according Trucks quality manual
Is responsible of supplier market analyses, evaluation, and benchmarking of suppliers
Secure / follow suppliers financial situation
Follow, analyze, improve and report supplier performance on quarterly base
Drive quality and supplier delivery performance
Ensure right supplier selection and implement partnerships with suppliers
Develop and implement together with the respective departments technical specifications and standard in order to drive cost down activities
Plan, steer and manage cost reduction program
Ensure reliable data about Purchased volume, BP follow up, cost reduction projects and reporting
Initiate and install an effective communication with needed external/Internal department
Support the organization into the range extension, new product launch, In Sourcing activities or any key project
Support and promote 6 Sigma internally and externally
Scan, identify, evaluate new potential suppliers in close cooperation with the Trucks Global Purchasing Mgr and GPO
Develop his team through proper leadership review and IDPs.


Knowledge and experience required

Education
·University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Purchasing degree or equivalent degree

Competencies
·Strong business focus.
·Excellent negotiating skills and commercial experience
·Able to understand our internal business partner request in order to provide the best service.
·Global understanding from Purchasing to sales, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, engineering,
·Financial skills
·Excellent communication skills and able to act in different areas like internal, external, supplier that could also be customer or partner
·Able to work in cross cultural environment including traveling
·Act as a leader to manage and develop his team
·Act pro-actively in driving changes in order to be visible and recognized
·Fluent in English
