岗位职责：

1、负责完善人力资源各制度体系、管理办法，优化人力资源工作流程，编制各岗位的岗位说明书；

2、定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交公司人力资源分析报告；

3、负责招聘相关工作等；

4、处理员工劳动关系；

5、负责公司日常行政总务工作管理，处理好相关部门的工作要求；

6、负责办公用品的管理，统计公司日常行政费用的使用情况及付款安排；

7、维护公司日常软硬件环境；

8、完成上级领导交与的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1、人力资源管理或相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、三年以上人力资源工作经验：

3、熟悉人力资源管理各模块；

4、有较清晰的企业人力资源管理思路，具有前瞻性。
