1、负责楼宇内设施设备的日常维护维修工作：包括制冷空调、净化送排风机组、供配电系统、给排水系统、纯水设备、蒸汽灭菌设备等；

2、负责楼宇内安全巡检值班工作：包括中控室值班、按时巡更抄表等，保障设施用水用电消防安全；

3、接听客户报修电话，及时完成各项维修工作，每月月底统计维修单据并上交公司；

4、定期对设备夹层、空调机房等重点部位进行安全巡检，及时排除隐患；

5、负责锅炉房的锅炉系统等设备运行，维修保养等工作；
