岗位职责
1.负责编制和完善财务管理制度，确保财务管理目标的完成；
2.根据公司核算和财务管理需要，实施、规范、公司资金计划、会计核算和各类财务管理行为；
3.根据税法规定，保障公司的税收缴纳及税务优惠，以及处理各项税务有关事宜；
4.建立、维护、发展与政府、银行、各类金融渠道的良好合作关系，保障工作开展。

岗位要求： 

1.本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、金融等相关专业，具有中级以上会计师职称； 

2.有资本融资投资和基金经验优先，中级以上职称； 

3.优秀的团队管理能力、领导能力、全局观念及专业精神。
