岗位职责:

1、负责工程、技术工作的统一管理；

2、负责技术管理体系建设和组织建设；

3、负责技术部门的管理和培训工作；

4、负责公司技术发展规划的编制工作；

5、负责公司年度技术工作计划的制定和年终总结；

6、负责为公司的市场开发工作提供技术支持；

7、负责制定、完善与审核技术部门的规章制度与工作流程；

8、监督、管理、指导部门下属岗位员工的工作；

9、按时高效完成上级领导委派的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，工程管理类、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业优先；

2、5年以上相关管理工作经验，工程师以上专业技术职称优先；

3、熟悉项目给排水、暖通及电气设计技术标准，能对工程方案的评审提出独立意见，能结合应用不同的工艺技术，使工程方案科学、经济、合理；

4、具有相应的组织领导能力和业务协调能力；

5、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。
