对候选人以及人才市场进行沟通和评估，·提供准确的人才评估和推荐报告；

跟进职位的招聘流程和完成项目指标；

跟进客户的招聘流程，及时了解客户对候选人的反馈，不断调整方向，保证对招聘职位的交付。

提供有效的招聘解决以及优化方案；

任职要求：

本科及以上学历。

3以上招聘经验，医疗行业优先。

具备良好的人际沟通能力，应变能力。

乐观积极，能够承受工作压力，责任心强。
