Roles Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for our growing international business. You will be an important part of an exciting journey. Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR landscape, you will work with our global teams to ensure a seamless and integrated employee experience. You will be expected to create an environment where HR is perceived as a strong business enabler, and development, engagement, and accessibility are words that employees will naturally associate with HR.

Responsibilities

Human Resource Planning and Management

· Overall HR governance:

o Review, evaluate and update overall HR system and policies

o Ensure consistency, ease of use, proper implementation, and compliance with applicable laws in various jurisdictions

· Workforce planning and contract management

· Risk management

Recruitment

· Recruitment planning with relevant internal stakeholders

· Recruitment management: Manage the overall process of candidate selection, interview arrangement, evaluation/internal report and remuneration package negotiation

· Oversee all hiring and onboarding, creating a positive candidate experience for employees coming through the system

· 3rd party management

Compensation and Benefits

· Manage and facilitate all aspects of the global compensation process, including compensation review for salary and incentives, performance management, promotions, bonus programmes, etc.

· Monitor and track legislation affecting compensation and benefits to ensure company plans and practices are compliant

Performance Management

· Spearhead the development, implementation and improvement of performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools (i.e. KPIs, performance evaluation, etc.)

· Identify talent development needs and implement solutions to support the overall effectiveness of the business

· Deliver in-house training sessions, evaluate and recommend both internal and external training resources; as well as assess the effectiveness of the training programme

Employee and Labour Relations

· Identify and offer solutions and initiatives regarding broader company policy and cultural issues, employee concerns, management and employee trends, and areas for managerial, workplace, performance management, and general employee relations improvement

· Manage career development plans for core team members

· Manage corporate culture building

· Manage and administer separations and the employee exit process, including effectively off-boarding employees, conducting exit interviews, and developing useful data and feedback

· Manage, investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances and other workplace concerns in an efficient, effective and timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human resource or related fields
  • Previous experience managing full HR functions for an international company
  • At least 10 years work experience in term of human resource operations (HRM,HRD,ER)
  • Strong in HR project management and presentation skill
  • Solid knowledge of labour laws in China and relevant countries, and modern HR practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual - English & Mandarin) and experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholder groups
  • Extremely collaborative, highly persuasive, able to influence others with authenticity, and able to build strong networks internally and externally
  • Good people management, detail-oriented and able to work under high pressure in a professional environment
  • Strong problem solving skills with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
