-Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies;

-Develop test hardware and software for AMPD products, include automotive or non-auto products;

-Evaluate device characteristics;

-Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification;

-Responsible for testing related  SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation  from engineering to production on project schedule;

-Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work;

-Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality;

-Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house;

-BS or MS degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical field;

-Understanding and knowledge in application/testing/manufacturing filed;

-Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, diagnose root cause, and apply corrective actions;

-Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to learn, take on challenges and self-motivated;

-Intermediate programming skill on C/C++/VB;

-Good level on oral and written English, CET4 or above;
