Job Requirements:

1. Interact regularly with the location Security Manager to whom he is reporting into and reporting on time on the daily security operations of the VAC.

2. Maintaining a rapport with operations and other related functions on matters concerning security, reporting risk issues, and associated matters to explain and improve security awareness.

3. Coordinate and conduct regular security trainings with regards fire evacuation drills, bomb threat call etc…, and supporting the location security manager on the same.

4. Monitor daily activities to ensure compliance with prescribed procedures and the introduction of security best practices.

5. Ensuring that the guarding team/security team are updated on the security procedures and adhered at all times by offering the help to FMC setup.

6. Keep proactive vigil to foresee emerging security threats and updating the location security Managers from time to time.

7. Ensuring that all the Security registers are maintained well and compliant especially with regards to Material and courier movement register, occurrence registers to name a few.

8. Managing and maintenance of Security equipment’s devices with the support of FMC security systems vendor and other support elements.

9. Knowledge in minor trouble shooting to rectify security equipment’s will be an added advantage.

10. Carrying out of Surprise checks, Night checks, and Penetration test and ensuring the Security process is maintained

11. Added advantage will be maintaining liaison with Police and Government authorities to ensure the companies objectives are met in case of eventualities.

12. Help FMC to manage outsourced security agency and ensure that security guards are deployed to meet our security requirement. Ensuring that the guards are well aware of their responsibility and comply with the laid down procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate – Specialization in the field/certification in Security domain will be an added advantage

2. 5 to 8 years’ experience in Corporate Security Division and experience in security service provider will be an added advantage

3. Experience and knowledge of the use of CCTV/access control/intrusion detection systems.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a clear ability to provide leadership, direction and reassurance across all levels of the organization

5. Experience of working in a multi-agency delivery environment.

6. Excellent influencing and listening skills

7. An ability to be heard through personal credibility and the exercise of sound judgment

8. Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment
