职位描述
Primary responsibility to reach sales target and win market shares through selling products or solutions by maintaining existing business and increase penetration of these accounts while expanding new accounts in the assigned territory / industries. Support manager to mange and supervise sales engineers.
II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. Be accountable to achieve and exceed an annual sales objectives representing sales turnover, product quantity and account receivable from assigned geographical territory.
2. Prepare budget and business plan which can be part of the overall budget presentation for RSM stating a firm sales commitment and a conclusive explanation how the targets can be achieved.
3. Execute the sales/market strategy and action plan, define the sales engineer individual target and monitor the sales engineers to achieve the goal; review the business development at daily basis, utilizing various sales management tools, such as CRM, project funnel management, forecasting, individual activity plan, weekly meeting, etc.Understand customer needs, translate product advantages into the customer value during selling process
4. Develops the new customer and sales network within assigned territory, cooperate with company channel partners whenever it is necessary
5. Key account management and daily support with support from iKA team
6. Big project follow up, cooperate and collaborate cross areas / regions, with support from related industry management team
7. Promotes the new products / services and explores new market as per plan, push standard product sales ratio up
8. Customer / industry / market needs analysis, reports to supervisor, as well as competitor status
9. Establishing / maintaining of good and professional customer relationships, especially to build relationships with senior management level and decision makers at customer side
10. Collects AR, monitors the customer’s credit condition and to avoid / minimize overdue and bad debts
11. Submits records and reports on all sales activities per company policy, use CRM and project funnel proactively with high quality
12. Provides input for the development of annual budget and sales forecast regularly
13. As interface between the customer and the company, maintain the customer satisfaction in a high level
14. Backup and assistance to sales manager, supervise sales engineers on their daily sales activities
15. Participate training organized by company, while learn aggressively from work by self, being a sales consultant towards to customer

对管辖地域内客户维护、销售指标细节化的管理,带领团队完成年度销售指标。
负责销售预算和销售计划的制定以及实现,以及销售任务的分布。
执行公司的销售策略和行动计划,对现有客户以及新客户进行有效的管理,分配销售任务,指导销售完成销售指标,有效运用销售管理工具,;
理解客户的需求,为客户进行产品选型以及完整解决方案;
在区域内关注直接新客户的开发,配合公司渠道管理进行合作伙伴的开发
配合公司大客户部门针对大客户的管理;
与行业部门进行跨地区大项目的配合;
针对新产品进行推广,增加标准产品的销售份额;
配合区域经理,对客户,行业和竞争对手进行有效的分析;
建立和保持良好的客户关系,特别是关键客户节点以及客户中层,高层;
关注客户风险控制,对客户信用状况保持敏感,减低公司对坏账的风险;
熟练使用周,季度,年度的销售预测,并有效对下属进行管理;
有效的协调客户和公司内部资源,保持客户对公司的满意度;
日常工作中,有效协助大区经理,管理所属的销售工程师;
通过多渠道的学习掌握公司产品以及应用,并完成公司的培训,成为专家型销售;
需要接受公司其他相关分配的任务
III. qualifications:
1. education background:
- chelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical design, mechanical / electrical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, architectural environment & equipment engineering
2. working experience:
- 7 years technical sales working experience
- worked for multinational company is preferred
- technical working background is desired
- span>
- language and computer skills:
a) native Chinese mandarin, fluent in English both oral & written is desired
b) familiar with and experienced in using of Microsoft Office, e.g. word, excel, power point and Lotus Notes
4. other requirements:
a) integrity, mature, team working, good interpersonal communication and presenting skill
b) customer orientated, result driven, self motivated and high sense of responsibility
c) able to work under pressure
d) potential on leadership and people management is preferred
e) frequent business trips in responsible area is required, (in case of big geographical area)
学历背景:
大学本科学士及以上,电气自动化专业和机械专业优先。
工作经验:
7年以上工业领域工作经验(3年及以上技术经验和4年以上销售经验);
外企工作经验者优先;
有OEM业务和项目业务经验者优先;
技能要求:
标准普通话,英语听说读写能力优先;
诚实,成熟的个人品格,良好的团队合作精神,良好的沟通和表达能力;
以客户为导向,重视结果导向,有责任心,良好的自我激励意识;
勇于承担压力;
有良好的团队意识,以及团队管理经验;
在负责的区域内有出差的要求。
