职位描述

To support the regional automotive sales campaigns. Responsible for the daily work during sales activity (not limited to Chinese customer). Coordinate the business between the sales and local operation division. Collect the sales data and prepare the sales performance report. To respond to the queries from local/overseas sales and collect the necessary background information if necessary.

1. Support and co-working with IV Manager for sales activity

To support to collect all required information (costs, shipping details and market intelligence) for our sales activity.

Contact with the customer and clarify the requirements.

2. Coordinate the running business between the customer and related function division

Support the running/new business expansion and collaborating with related BU/Branches to prepare for the quotation. Prepare for the working SOP for the new business and quotation format.

3. Inquiry Responding

Receive the inquiry form overseas. Collect the costs accordingly and answer the query less than 2 working days.

4. Tender support

To support IV manager for tender information, by collecting the necessary material and prepare the tender details together.

5. Sales Performance collection

Record the sales activities and prepare the sales performance report monthly to manager.

6. Develop business opportunities.

Find out the new connection with customer to get further opportunity and business.


Job Requirement:

1-Minimum 5 years in OP/Sales position within automotive logistics;

2-Minimum Diploma holder;

3-Spoken and written Chinese and English.

4-Good Microsoft Office Skills especially Microsoft Office PowerPoint and EXCEL.

5-Logistics industry knowledge for automotive

6-Have good connection with automotive OEM, tier 1, tier2 companies 
7-Ability to work with other Yusen functional groups to increase understanding.
