1.0JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Verification engineer works as a lead role during product verification, be responsible for reviewing requirements and design solution, planning and developing tests, setting up test environment and test execution for modules and compete products with the phases of the product development.
1.1Participate in system requirements and design solutions review, planning necessary resources for system and component verification, including tests method, tooling and other resources at the early phase of development.
1.2Draft system verification protocol and execution for medical device (optical and electro mechanical product)
1.3Work with Electronics/mechanical/optical engineer to develop types of test methods (e.g. reliability, safety, environment, worst case).
1.4Lead necessary activities for product quality improvement (e.g. FMEA, troubleshooting).
1.5Standardize PCBA/electronic component test (e.g. function, reliability test).
1.6Support the data analysis, debug problems and the preparation of test reports.
1.7Other duties, as assigned.
2.0GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 BS in Electronics engineering with 8+ years working experience, preferably with experience of electronics/electrical component design in medical product.
2.2Experience in tests of HALT/HASS, climate, vibration, ESS, salt mist, EMC, etc. would be prefer.
2.3Competent and experienced in the use of Excel, Word, Minitab.
2.4Ability to read PCBA schematic diagram
2.5Detail orientated and concentrated working style.
2.6Creativity, one’s own initiative, analytical skills and judgment.
2.7Strong oral and written English, professionalism in representing his/her work.
2.8Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
2.9Occasional overtime work might be necessary.
