Responsibilities

·       Support HRSSC transformation plan, design and harmonize daily HR operation processes and documents for different kinds of employees;

·       Maintain process workflow and issue work instructions accordingly;

·       Take responsibility for internal and external knowledge transfer on HR operation processes;

·       Support HRSSC Manager to drive continuous improvements and standardization for HR operation process and ensure the implementation including use of operational KPI and other measures and processes;

·       Be responsible for internal p-file audit;

·       Be a master on internal HR policy and process and work as Tier 1/2 to handle the employee inquires and drive the improvement of Contact Services

·       Be responsible for HR Announcement and assigned HR reporting

·       Other HR projects assigned

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor degree or above in computer science or relevant fields of study;

·       6 years and above HR experiences in MNC are required and working experience in HRSSC is a must;

·       Good Communication in both Mandarin and English;

·       Good user experience of HR System (Workday or Success factor);

·       Basic knowledge of lean six sigma is a plus;

·     Good understanding of HR related business processes with the ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions; 

·       Open minded, agile with change and practical;

·       Performance driven and able to work under pressure in the international team with good communication skill;

·       Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated;
