职位描述

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Be responsible to maintain a healthy, safe and clean working environment and reception function;
  • Maintain inventory of office furniture and fixtures;
  • Supervise pantry and stationery supplies;
  • Supervise drivers, tea attendant and Admin Assistant;
  • To prepare office annual Admin budget and be responsible for Admin actual cost record;
  • Be responsible for office Admin related cost application and payment;
  • Be responsible for selection and management of vendors;
  • To organization of company activities, such as annual dinner, Christmas party, staff outing, etc;
  • Be responsible for apartment searching for Secondees, lease contract negotiation and signing, monthly rental payment, etc;
  • Assist in office renovation and be responsible for office moving;
  • Any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned;



Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • At least 3 years admin working experience in a multinational company;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented;
  • Strong team spirits;
  • Independent, reliable and be able to work under pressure;
  • PC skills (good at words, excel & PowerPoint);
