1.依据公司策略及行业整体发展趋势，规划屈臣氏线上电商突破方向及落地方案；
2.研究电商及新零售营销策略和策划手法，并结合公司实际情况进行创新调整；
3.用户需求及痛点分析，独立策划符合用户需求的线上活动或运营工具；
4.设计用户成长体系与激励机制，完善用户激励模块。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，有一定的活动运营、用户运营经验；
2.对数据有较强的敏感性，擅长数据分析，善于通过数据驱动运营；
3.具备一定的文案基础，可输出交互及转化相关文案；
4.优秀的资源整合及项目执行/推动能力，能够联合各方协作快速落地；
5.热爱互联网产品，喜欢研究新产品新方向，创新力强；
6.有过新零售项目、创新项目经验者优先。
