Provide credit control support and assistance to OTC Manager.

Responsible for Credit management and order release for South China, monitor and check on overdue accounts’ receivables. Perform AR reconciliation with customers, send AR statements to customers on regular basis Order release. Customer bank draft review.

?Customer bank income booking

?Dunning and collection

?Confirmation letter

?Reconciliation and verification/month-end closing of AR/filing vouchers

?Support the rest of the management team on other administrative tasks.

1、负责华南地区的信用管理和订单发放，监督和检查逾期账户的应收账款。 与客户进行AR对帐，定期向客户发送AR报表订单发布。 客户银行汇票审核。

Bachelor's degree major in Accounting, financial or business

?Good skills in financial management and logical data analysis

?Most likely to have 2-5 years of relevant work experience on financial control or credit control before entering level besides formal education.

?Strong sense of responsibility, team-spirited and good communication and coordination skill.

?Strong Excel skills with the ability to navigate the business data warehouse and SAP skill is preferred.
