Job Summary

The Office Supervisor to BeiJing Office will provide executive-level administrative support in all areas and facets along with logistical support where necessary in regards to agency goals and priorities. This role will organize meetings, coordinate travel, and draw on agency resources to deliver outstanding quality in all assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Job Functions:

Provide first-rate service and proactively handle daily operational issues..

Supervise office security and develop emergency procedures.

Responsible for office equipment and environment.

Monitor tea ladies for cleaning working areas (includes meeting rooms, pantries, washrooms, and lobby).

Coordinate company events and parties (opening party, Christmas party, annual party).

Settle fees for office rental, property management, etc.

Ensure effective cost control of all Admin expenses (hotel and service apartments, domestic and international couriers, electricity, etc.).

Logistics support for employee Check In and Exit Process l Responsible for any other jobs assigned by the GM

Qualifications

1 + years of Administration experience in a multinational company. l Strong sense of service.

Firm willingness to learn and quality-oriented.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, and responsible.

Positive attitude, confident and hardworking.

Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.

Sound communication skills; written and verbal Chinese and English (CET-6 or above). l Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
