What are my responsibilities?

1. Finance: Cost Reduction
Develop smart procurement strategy, design professional negotiation, achieve better material cost by pooling demand, Localization, 2nd-sourcing;

2. Finance: Payment Term
To optimize cash flow by get better Payment Term via negotiation with supplier;

3. Employmee:
Improve personal capability by self-learning & Training, coach team member & cross-functional colleague;

4. Employmee:
Work with Passion & Siemens value;

5. Process: Purchasing process compliance
Compliance with IBT Purchasing process regulation in term of E-Auction, Supplier selection, Global & Local commodity Strategy (SMS);

6. Process:
Compliance with Company process( component qualification, material management, SAP Maintenance..);

7. Customer: Suppliers Management
Carrying out supplier evaluation to concentrate on the best suppliers and improve the current supplier base to meet requirement of Quality, Logistics, RND;

8. Customer: Support New Project
Sourcing new suppliers & new components to fulfil project requirement(Productivity, Quality, Availability);

9. Customer: Delivery Performance
After M300, to manager supplier to improve Delivery Performance as required, support Logistics urgent demand or shortage.




What do I need to qualify for this job?

-At least 3 years in international company with the capability to operate in different cultures
-3 Years's Sourcing experiences
-experiences in leading Project Management of R&D and New Product Introduction;
-Strategic & Systematic thinking
-Able to analyze BoM Cost structure
-Able to conduct Market Analysis
-Good communication skill
-Professional negotiation skill
-Engineering backgroud is plus
-Good analysis & decision making skill
-Team Player
-Extensive knowledge in contract Law & international trade
-Good sense of coporate&social responsiblity(EHS)
