北京招聘

1、负责各产品线销售团队的终端指标分配和沟通调整工作；

2、负责审核与管理各产品线的月度流向数据，确保数据准确性、完整性；

3、汇总流向数据形成业务分析报告，如终端销售报告、销售跟进报告等；

4、管理CRM数据、与区域沟通并持续改进过程行为，按时***收集和拜访行为报告等；

5、负责执行奖金方案、考核各产品线销售团队的KPI达成情况，阶段性地汇总奖金发放情况、提供分析报告；

6、完成上级安排的其他工作。      

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、有医药公司销售数据处理相关工作经验、SFE工作经验优先；

3、具有良好的数据管理与分析能力、条理清晰、逻辑性强，对数据敏感度高；

4、具有良好的书面和口头表达能力、执行力强、注重团队合作；

5、能熟练使用MS Office办公软件，例如：Excel，PPT，Word等。
