Major Job Scope:

• Provide basic support to VIAVI customers in the use of the Wireless UE-test platform on 4G and 5G base-station testing
• Coordinate with customer on report / work scheduling or other logistics support
• Assist the Solutions Engineers to document customer technical issues
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as Proof-of-concept, tender specifications discussions and other technical sales activities

Requirements:

• Currently undergoing Bachelor or Master’s degree in Software, Electronics or Communications Engineering
• Background and understanding of Software Development and Test, using Unix/Linux, C/C++, Python, Perl
• Basic understanding of Mobile communications protocols such as 3GPP, Layer-2, Layer-3, RLC, RRC etc.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
