职位描述

responsibility
1. Reporting directly to the head of the department, dealing with the administrative work of the Department and the translation of documents.
2. The official schedule of the responsible department includes travel arrangement, ticketing and hotel reservation, reminders of various schedules, arrangements of various business meetings and reminders of schedules.
3. To be responsible for the application for business trips, requests for money and reimbursement of expenses for various official activities of the head of the department.
4. Be responsible for the schedule of other senior managers in their departments related to the activities of department heads.
5. Be responsible for coordinating with the company's multi-departments on the administrative affairs of its subordinate departments.

6. Responsible for other temporary tasks and urgent/important affairs assigned by the head of the department.
require

1. More than 1 year working experience, familiar with secretarial work characteristics and general processes, proficient use of office software, good English skills, excellent fresh graduates are also eligible.
2. Working experience in administration and assistant of large-scale enterprises, having worked as manager and senior executive assistant above;
3. Persist in result orientation, accomplish work objectives and tasks efficiently, pay attention to details, and be able to concentrate on all matters;
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills, good at dealing with all kinds of interpersonal contradictions, a certain degree of organizational coordination ability, affinity, good at gaining the trust of others;
5 Strong learning ability, good at innovation and simplification;
6. Proficient in using all kinds of office software, able to adapt to various public occasions;
7. Bachelor degree or above, English major, international students are preferred.
