岗位职责：

1、 负责总机电话的接听与转接工作，公司各类人员的来访接待工作；

2、 负责各类会议的前期准备工作，协助做好各类重要会议与活动；

3、 负责公务车汽油的采购、领用与统计工作；

4、 负责公务车的包括领用、信息汇总、违章查询、车辆登记证管理等工作；

5、 负责各类文档的分发、传阅与存档；

6、 负责公司通讯费用的管理与报销工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制统招大专及以上学历，专业不限；

2、工作经验不限，有行政岗位经验优先，国有企业工作背景优先；

3、熟悉各种办公设备，熟练操作各种办公软件，对国家相关法律法规有一定的了解；

4、具有一定的书面表达能力，有公文写作经验优先；

5、耐心、细心、周到、热心，时间管理能力强，言谈举止稳重得体，善于沟通协作；

6、拥有机动车驾驶证优先。
