Mission:
Supervise commercial events in NPI project to ensure transparent, sound and compliant cost system and help to meet project target.
管理投资，成本分析的相关商务事宜
What are your responsibilities for this role?
1. Quotation
Provide rational quotation on schedule by well understanding and proper application of pricing model, follow relevant process, and active cooperation with project members to catch project schedule.
报价熟悉项目并根据计价模型按时提供出合理的报价，遵守相关流程并与项目成员积极协作保证项目进度.
2. NPI investment monitoring
Ensure investment is under control of the project plan by set up and maintain investment log per project to compare investment application and original plan timely. Make the investment ROI analysis . For the investment with large amount, raise comments to manager for decision.
投资监控确保新项目投资得到有效控制，对比投资申请金额与原计划投资额，做投资回报率分析并且跟踪。对于金额较大的投资，需要做出备注给管理层决策.
3. Regular finish product management report, include EPP profit gap analysis, project fufillment, project risk and improve suggestion.
定期完成项目报告，包括项目预计利润与实现利润的比较分析，项目计划的实现分析，项目风险及其提高建议.
4. Regular finish factory performance report, include business operation result, KPI measure etc. Provide the valuable suggestion by reporting
定期完成总部工厂报告，包括工厂的经营业绩，KPI衡量等，通过报告分析，提出改进计划.
5. Factory Budgeting and forecasting
Perform budgeting and forecasting of cost center expenses(production WH), inventories risks etc. to help to have full picture of coming business result and target setting and controlling.
工厂预算和预测参与完成成本中心费用及库存风险的预算及预测，对营运目标的确定和控制提供帮助.
6. PUMA project
Good corporations with team members. Ensure all PUMA items under control and data can be provided to HQ on schedule. Delivery the effective proposal;
PUMA项目保证所有PUMA项目都在控制中并与项目成员一起积极配合按时提供数据给总部. 能够提供合理化建议.
7. License fee calculation and payment
Provide license fee to controlling dept. monthly for booking and prepare related materials to Tax office and controlling dept. semi-annually to finish payment. Ensure schedule under control at any time.
特许使用权费用计算及付款.每月计算特权使用费提供给财务控制部门入账，及时准备相关资料给税务组及财务控制部门完成付款手续，随时控制进度.
8. Material master data maintenance
Ensure accurate definition of costing relevant parameters by proper process follow-up and prompt, correct input on intranet web page.
材料主数据维护.根据特定流程及时准确地将成本相关参数维护到内网.
How do I need to qualify for this role?
No less than 3 years experience in manufactury enterprises and at least 2 years experience in management accounting or cost control
不低于3年的制造企业经验
不低于2年的管理会计和成本控制经验
Others:
1. Good skill in MS office 熟练使用办公软件
2. Good inter-personal communication skill 良好的沟通技巧
3. Good command of English, writing and reading 良好的英语读，写能力
4. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting/Economics related 会计本科学历
5. SAP experience is a plus SAP相关知识
6. Teamwork spirit, being able to meet deadline under pressure 能在压力下工作
