Multiple positions, location in Asia Pacific (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Singapore, Japan and Korea)

Responsibilities:

1. Manage on-going formula development, shade selection, and new product innovations in color cosmetics category;

2. Lead internal communication with cross functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula evaluation, shade selections, copy and claims, artwork and regulatory deliverables;

3. Daily communication with external partners to manage development and testing, including on-site approvals;

4. Responsible for researching new ingredients, textures, products and packaging to allow for greater innovation;

5. Strategize and work with Brand Management on internal product testing and feedback; provide support on shade matching;

6. Any additional projects as assigned.
