Responsibilities:

Distributor management support

- Monitor RBD/T1 monthly order and payment according to BU flash

- Monitor monthly and weekly flash team work with Finance BP

- Handling distributor’s promotion contract preparation cross-functions and follow up with Supply Chain

- Monitor and check frequently distributor price in DMDM system

- Supporting BU channel structure analysis and provide related data preparation

- Supporting distributor’s annual rebate calculation and review

- Handling distributor’s rebate rules maintain and validation

- Providing RBD and T1 credit limit application and follow up

- Facilitating RBD/T1 business communication for changing facing

Operation administration

- Supporting TSA sign off progress follow up

- Handling goods return and exchange process and follow up process

- Supporting authorization application and related needs

- Ad-hoc operation support

Location: Shanghai

Education: Business or Economic Bachelor

Experience & Qualifications:

Above 8 Years working experience on operation or commercial of medical device industry

Travel Requirements: 20%
