岗位职责:

- Be responsible for investigating, researching and analyzing users' real needs through focus groups, in-depth interviews and feasibility test
- Write reports to help with the product design team on positioning and rapid iteration, and to improve the user experience
- Be responsible for requirement specification definition, role design, storyboard design, scenario design, flow chart, etc.
- Be responsible for guiding the project process, promoting decision-making, tracking problems, and assist in assessing resources and timetables
- Cooperate with team members with different major backgrounds

任职资格:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in human-computer interaction, cognitive science, applied psychology, anthropology, sociology, statistics, information science, etc. is preferred
- Over 1-3 years of UX experience
- Proficiency in using research-related tools and methodologies, such as questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, feasibility tests, SPASS, other user experience metrics, and various advanced statistics
- Has sharp insights, analysis and discovery ability, rigorous research attitude, good communication skills, good expression skills (including oral and written), good planning and coordination ability, and be able to proactively promote things
- Experience with design software such as Axure or Sketch is preferred
- Had exposure in completing the project planning of the team, and in leading quantitative and qualitative research in a certain level of depth
